When a business user connects a TikTok account via OAuth, we may access:

TikTok usernames and user IDs of individuals who comment on or message the connected business account
Comment content posted on business-owned TikTok content
Direct message content sent to the connected TikTok business account
Basic profile information of the authorizing business user
Timestamps of interactions

We do not collect passwords, payment information, or sensitive personal data through this integration.

3. How We Use Information

Information collected is used exclusively to provide the Service:

Enabling businesses to respond to customer inquiries and comments
Providing a unified CRM dashboard for managing customer communications
AI-assisted response generation on behalf of the authorized business user
Improving the quality and performance of the Service

We do not use this data for advertising, profiling, or any purpose beyond delivering the Service to the authorized business user.

Customer communication data is retained for up to 24 months for service continuity. Business users may request earlier deletion by contacting us. Upon account disconnection, associated data is deleted within 30 days.

Our platform integrates with TikTok's API. TikTok's own data practices are governed by TikTok's Privacy Policy. We are not responsible for TikTok's data handling.
